Everything is done through trusted, vetted partners who we have established relationships with, so you don't waste money and everything is done properly, first time. Second, once you are settled, you can retain monthly access to the Settl team as your fractional personal assistant and private concierge. This means you have a trusted, knowledgeable local contact available whenever you need something sorted: from hiring a driver or a nanny, to getting a recommendation, to dealing with anything that comes with everyday life in a new country.

How long does the setup take?
For a founder relocating with their family using the full Settl service, most clients are fully operational — company registered, accounts open, property secured, schools confirmed, cars and insurance in place — within six to ten weeks of first engagement. Some of the work can begin before you arrive in the UAE. Company formation, document preparation, school applications, and property shortlisting can all be started remotely, which means your timeline from arrival to fully settled is significantly shorter. Your Settl advisor will give you a clear week-by-week roadmap at the start of the engagement so you know exactly what to expect.
